This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and stay ahead of the curve, so I can add value to my clients' investments and my career.
In my years of experience, I have allowed myself to work on various types and sides of transactions and had the opportunity to gain tremendous knowledge and insights of many aspects of the deals.
My early career was in Information Technologies and had the opportunity to work with a world Class corporation, where I had also gained many wonderful skills, until I had naturally fallen into the Real Estate world in 2002 and had made it a priority to excel.
I consult on investment property syndications, Evaluations, Acquisitions and Dispositions. I also represent Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants on Office, Retail and Multifamily properties.
